As a Don Ellis fan I was shocked at how awful this album turned out. It's worth a download just to see what happens when a talented musician and band leader falls flat on his face. I don't know if the record company told him what to do or if he was out where the buses don't run when he made this.
I can't be the only one who feels that way..can I?
