Woody Herman - Live At Monterey (1982)

Reissue of Atlantic 1328 from 1960, "Woody Herman's Big New Herd At The Monterey Jazz Festival". Recorded live on October 3, 1959, at The Monterey Jazz Festival.

(Is it just me, or does Woody look an awful lot like Grandpa Munster in that photo?)

haha yeah he definitely does look a bit like the grandpa, its not everyday you see bill chase on the trombone also right?
